Coaching Sessions
children, AGES 4-18
I offer coaching sessions and skill-set development for children struggling with concerns such as school success, self-esteem, anxiety, peer relationships, divorce, domestic violence, depression, self-harm, trauma, anger management, social skills, and much more. In this area of my work, my main focus is the emotional safety and social and emotional development of each individual child. As such, I offer a number of modalities in working with children in this context in order to provide care that is unique and tailored towards your child’s individual needs. This may include coaching via talk, art, play, skill development, or mindfulness practice, and I also offer joint and group sessions for children with siblings, parents, and other family members as needed. Frequency of sessions is flexible and will depend on your child and family’s needs. Upon scheduling an appointment and completing an intake, we will establish a timeline and overview of services for your child that you are comfortable with. Creating an individualized plan for your child that is effective in its impact, sustainable in its application to your and your child’s life, and safe and comfortable for your child’s emotional health is my primary focus in coaching and mentoring sessions.

Parenting Support
families
I offer support sessions, home visits, and behavioral consultations for parents and families of children who may be struggling with any number of concerns in school, at home, or both. While my coaching and mentoring sessions are focused solely on directly servicing your child’s particular needs, parenting support is primarily focused on your role as your child’s support network. This can range from strategies you can use at home to support your child’s development, routines you can establish to encourage improvement in your child’s social, emotional, or behavioral wellness, or simply establishing your own self-care strategies. Supporting a child who is experiencing difficulty at school or at home with their social, emotional, or behavioral health can be stressful, time-consuming, and exhausting, and your well-being can be an essential component of the solution. Our primary focus during parenting support sessions is how I can support you, so that you can encourage and support your child through what can be a difficult and emotional journey for you both.
